place holder for request to review OID attribute syntax definitions.
some are missing in ldap/servers/slapd/slap.h
probably not all of them are needed, but some may be missing, example with

ToDo's:
. review the OID list in 389-ds-base against the RFC.
. create a missing OID list.
. regarding the missing OIDs, put an explanation why it's not implemented in 389-ds-base.
. if possible, with a plan/target when to add.
