Issue Description

According to the documentation it's possible to do and ldapdelete of attributeTypes on cn=schema as a whole which would remove ALL values from our schema.

We should block operations like this (instead, only allowing single item deletes).

NOTE: This is obsoleted by schema in a real backend with the ad-style configuration types,
