Issue Description

Some buttons and modals are not working or not converted to PF:

  • Edit schema modals
  • We should also get rid of "system vs custom" schema, and make it all one table (no reliable way to tell what is custom or not).
  • Adding replication manager locks up UI
  • New referral does not have trash icon on button in table
  • Edit local pwp locks up UI
  • frac-list ID used multiple times

We should get this wrapped up before announcing a demo is ready for testing.
