#50159 dsidm should be able to generate SSSD config templates

Issue Description

In order to make configuration of sssd simpler, we should be able to generate a SSSD configuration template from information available in dsidm. We should also be able to display generic connection information for other clients to consume.

Support dsidm emitting these files and data
