replica_execute_ldif2cl_task() wraps the cl import between cl5Close and cl5Open calls, but these close and reopen the changelog for ALL replicas, it should be sufficient to Set/Unset cldb for the changelog imported.
NOTE: how are replication agreements affected/ notified ? I have the impression that this code is not and was not safe.
