This commit is a rewrite and update to the Diversity & Inclusion part of
the status dashboard. It creates new sub-headings for specific areas and
focuses of the D&I Team:

  • Black Lives Matter update
  • Fedora Women's Day 2020
  • Documentation improvements
  • Team policy and governance
