Pylint spits out lot of warnings for some plugins, notably R and suga

Ruby have actually even more warnings, but is not checked in the default setup (blacklisted in pylint.conf)

Fixed in several recent commits, last being 637ee8e9d1f9945ac131dc195bce6961eb150feb
