Issue #16: Cache bugzilla authentication - FedoraReview

Caching bugzilla authentication would mean users don't have to input their bugzilla username/password for each review.

It would be more convenient if the bugzilla password as well as username could be specified in the config file.

I have to say that I am not a big fan of this.

While I agree with pingou that this is not something I'd even consider, we might look into auth caching mechanisms for bugzilla API.

Included in git master branch since commit 2909166c0. Some tweaks still necessary wrt error handling, but it works.
