After exit ,fedora-review breaks the shell. At least:

$ bash --version
GNU bash, version 4.4.23(1)-release (x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu)

Used release

$ rpm -q fedora-review
fedora-review-0.6.1-9.fc29.noarch

Please define "breaks the shell".

Not longer possible to enter new command and no new lines after pressing enter.

It might be an issue which only occurs with tilix. As I'm not able to reproduce it on a different F29 system that has gnome-terminal.

I start thinking that this is related to https://pagure.io/FedoraReview/issue/324 and that mock is interfering.

I can't reproduce the issue myself.
