github-sylabs-json-resp is the first dependency in a chain needed in order for me to package https://github.com/sylabs/scs-build-client that provides a client for a container build service.

It won't be a leaf package once this is done. I have 2 outstanding package requests to make further progress...

I think I opened this prior to the full opt-out discussions being provided.

I'm now abandoning the packaging of scs-build-client, for which json-resp was required, so it's fine that it has been retired as a leaf.
