As discussed in the Go SIG meeting, we are moving go2rpm over to Gitlab to take advantage of Gitlab CI and Packit.

Great! All Go SIG members should now have access to the Gitlab fork at https://gitlab.com/fedora/sigs/go/go2rpm. You may need to refresh your membership with https://gitlab.com/groups/fedora/-/saml/sso first. I added @eclipseo as an owner to reflect his previous access on Pagure. All the issues have been transferred as well.
