#1415 Group lookups no longer work when fastcache cannot be initialized
Closed: Fixed Opened by jhrozek.

When the in-memory fast cache cannot be initialized (for instance if the /var/lib/sss/mc directory is completely missing), group lookups no longer work.

We should make sure the fast cache is only disabled, but group lookups should still function.
