#1755 Saving dereferenced groups fails if a nested group member is outside nesting limit
Closed: Fixed Opened by jhrozek.

We've encountered this problem with Marko Myllynen. When a group which contains other group members is dereferenced, but the dereferenced entries are outside the nesting limit, the member groups outside the nesting limit are skipped, but later we try to establish links with the skipped entries anyway.

This problem is similar to #1194, but that ticket only dealt with initgroups.

Pavel is looking into nested group lookups so I think it would be a good idea to fix this problem as well at the same time. It's the same area of code.
