This deficiency was pointed out by Florian Weimer during a code review.
The functions we use currently to set SELinux file context for a file when creating a home directory from a skeleton directory do not report errors outside simple success/failure and error handling in their callers is not ideal either.
We should fix the functions such as selinux_file_context() to report errors better and improve handling of their invocations in their callers.

Since this ticket is about the local provider which is not used anymore, I propose we close this ticket completely.

Since the local provider is being deprecated, it doesn't make much sense to keep this ticket around which tracks improving the local provider. Closing.
