Patches that change the code of an external-facing library was changed. We need to bump the version info, but in order to avoid bumping the version several times, we should push the patches only right before the release.

The thread was titled "[PATCH] sss_sifp: set output parameters if attribute is NULL" and the patches were acked on Jul-16
