#2399 RHEL6.6 sssd not running after upgrade

Description of problem:
On IPA server running on RHEL6.5, sssd is no longer running after yum update to
RHEL6.6.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Orig:  sssd-1.9.2-129.el6.x86_64
New:  sssd-1.11.6-14.el6.x86_64
How reproducible:
always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  ipa-server-install on RHEL6.5 server
2.  add RHEL6.6 repos to yum config
3.  yum -y update 'ipa*' sssd
Actual results:
IPA and components are all updated but sssd is no longer running.
Expected results:
sssd would be running after upgrade.
