#3405 Handle certmap errors gracefully during user lookups
Closed: Fixed Opened by sbose.

Currently the LDAP user lookup request errors out if e.g. there is no matching rule for a certificate. This might cause the related domain to go offline. Better is to return that no user was found for the given certificate.
