#3584 [RFE] SSSD should allow ID mapping for some specific users.

In some environment, Posix attributes are added to some users only in AD. Later
new users didnt have Posix attributes.

Customer wants to add an option so that some users will be provided posix
attributes from IDMU & rest from ID mapping of SSSD.
