#462 monitor should not send SIGINT when interrupted in interactive mode

Right now, when the daemon is running in interactive mode and Ctrl+C is pressed, a child receives SIGINT first. It should only receive SIGTERM to allow signal handlers (such as krb5_finalize) to be run.
