#681 Support of the OTPs with SSSDs might require a wrapper to kinit script

To provide a unified user experience between SSSD and kinit in cases of the OTP authentication SSSD might consider providing a wrapping script or utility that will pre-process user provided password and pass it to kinit in a proper form.

This needs to be investigated since kinit might expect input directly from the terminal.
