We want to produce 200 disks for Nicaragua that will be used for all Fedora 19 cycle. The options are as follow:

Plan A:
Buy from redicos 200 printed media with white envelopes C$10,350 Aprox USD 422.45
Pro: There is no work for us. Those are pretty
Con: Highest price

Plan B
We have access to a 5 disk media tower for burning media and a epson printer that has a tray for printing media. But we need to put ink cartridges
Buy 200 printable media C$ 1,287.76 aprox $52.56
Buy 200 white envelopes C$ 210.28 aprox $8.58
Ink cartridges US $ 104.94
Total $166.08
Pro: Medium price
Con: There is a lot of work with printing and printable media can not be paid with community credit card. So there will be $52.56 that will be needed to work out how to reimburse.

Plan C
We have access to a 5 disk media tower for burning media
200 Regular disk C$ 700 aprox $28.57
200 white envelopes C$210.28 aprox $8.58
Total $ 37.15
pro: low cost
con: there is some work involved. Disk are not pretty.

The evelopes and the ink cartridges were paid using the community credit card. The dvd were bought at a membership store with the lower price for printable media. The amount for the dvd is about $52.56. There is need to add 4.5%. That will be $54.92. This was tranfered today.

Can we close this ticket or is something pending
