Como todos ya saben, la comunidad Fedora Peru esta asumiendo la coordinación nacional de FLISOL, encabezado por Bernardo Hermitaño (bernardoha) por lo que requerimos el apoyo economico que nos ayuden a costear los gastos de esta actividad. La pagina de este evento en la wiki de fedora es:

As you know, the Fedora community in Peru assume the national coordination FLISOL, led by Bernardo Hermitaño (bernardoha) as we require economic support to help us defray the costs of this activity. The page of this event in the fedora wiki is:

We are willing to have this money be used to support this activity at the national level (if possible of course)

I don't see any adjustment on the ticket please do other wise it will be move to another meeting.

Most likely I will not be able to attend to the meeting, so I want to express some concerns.

1.- Flisol is a general event, not a Fedora event. Fedora should support the stand that a fedora team has in a general event like this, but not all the event.

2.- Last meeting reviewing the budget it came that it was requested funds for posters, but poster were sponsored by some one. The request should be constructed quote, invoice and reimburse. If we have a quote for posters, we approve posters. If later that money is not used or used for something else, we need to figure out how to properly report. This is more difficult because is not a reimburse request, the funds are asked in advance.

As a general view, I think that we can produce stickers, leaflets and short runs of media locally. But when it came to buttons or pens, I think we should look for regional swag.
