I'm organising an event in Montevideo, Uruguay by July 2016. I need install media like DVDs and pendrives, swag like stickers and t-shirts, food, and some material like flags and banners.
This will cost around $200 as it follows:

$100 ==> Banners, flags and food
$50 ==> Stickers, T-shirts..
$50 ==> Install media.

There will be speakers from other countries and is aimed to attract new users as well as giving visibility and strength to the community.
