This commit is doing some changes in the RDO on OKD doc:

  • Adds instructions to deploy OpenStack Bobcat in addition to Antelope
  • Adds some introductory information about the PoC environment
  • Adds instructions to access the okd and openstack services externally
  • Adds some practical info to monitor resources and access the servers.
