I've done my best to make tests pass or disable if they'll never pass in that environment. I don't have the necessary access to test the now-disabled Azure and GCP tests, but now they skip instantly rather than each having several seconds of trying and failing to connect.
Once the repo moves over to Forgejo, you'll need to request a CI runner for the organisation if you haven't already.
