#36 lark-parser was renamed to lark, allow both

copr/ churchyard/license-validate lark  into  main

lark was packaged in Fedora 39+

It has a compatibility shim to provide python3dist(lark-parser)
but we want to get rid of it eventually.

There are more ways of doing this, if you prefer an %if, let me know.
