Vagrant is MIT and plugins are also regular MIT, because they are distribuded via RubyGems.org, which is using SPDX identifiers.

Please note that I have also looked at other vagrant plugins:

  • vagrant-digitalocean

The license is completely wrong and should be MPL-2.0.

  • vagrant-openstack-provider

The license is likely OK, but I'll leave it to its maintainer.
