#1131 Move KRA and TPS connector configuration information to LDAP

When we destroy a KRA, we need to remove the connector entry from all clone CA's. Otherwise,
we run into issues like ticket 1113.

The easiest and cleanest way to fix this is to put the config in LDAP.
