Currently requesting a user certificate for client certificate authentication requires multiple manual steps (http://pki.fedoraproject.org/wiki/User_Certificate#Request_User_Certificate) which are not very user-friendly:
These steps can be combined into a single simple command (http://pki.fedoraproject.org/wiki/User_Certificate#Request_User_Certificate_2):
This command will handle most common cases. Other cases can still be handled using the manual steps above.
