Currently importing user certificate into client security database has to be done using multiple commands. First, the certificate has to be downloaded from the CA into a file, then it has to be imported into the client security database.
The process can be simplified by adding an option to import the certificate with the specified serial number directly from the CA:
$ pki ... client-cert-import <nickname> --serial <serial number>
