#124 Refactor JSS SSL client auth enhancments to DRMRestClient

Previously, the DRMRestClient only supported non SSL communication to the DRM. This was because this client used internally the Apache HttpClient class. Recently, the DRMRestClient was enhanced to support SSL Client auth using our JSS SSL sockets. This functionality was coded as internal to the DRMRestClient class. It has been determined that we want to move this functionality outside to its own class such that it can be utilized by other and future Rest clients.
