pkidaemon status tomcat does not list the TPS subsystem details

How reproducible:

always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. pkispawn TPS instance - CA, KRA, TKS and TPS are under the same tomcat
instance
2. pkidaemon status tomcat

Actual results:

TPS subsystem details are not listed under pkidaemon status tomcat

Expected results:

TPS subsystem details should be listed under pkidaemon status tomcat

Per 10.2.3 Triage meeting of 02/26/2015: 10.2.3

Consider addressing PKI TRAC Ticket #1260 - Installation fails due to double hyphen "--" in hostname at this time since the solution to this ticket is to merely move pkidaemon gathering its information from slot-substitution comments at the top of each PKI subsystem's server.xml to slot-substitution values present in each PKI subsystem's CS.cfg file.

Per CS/DS meeting of 06/15/2015, this ticket was specifically requested for 10.2.5 by QE.
