Seeing error message in the debug log after pkispawn of any subsystem

How reproducible:

always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Interactive pkispawn of CA with default parameter values
2.
3.

Actual results:

Seeing an error message in /var/log/pki/pki-master/ca/debug in attachment
The subsystem is installed and server is up and running

Expected results:

There should not be any error messages in the debug log after successful
installation

Additional info:

Seeing the same issue with KRA, OCSP, TKS and TPS
