we should document the fact that in order to support ECC certs in SCEP, we are
using RSA certs for key wrapping in transport and verification.

Per CS/DS Meeting of 03/09/2015: Closing as this as no DOC bugs need to be cloned unless they are for the Wiki or are regarding man pages.
