Investigate 'WARNING: autodoc: failed ...' messages produced during python-sphinx creation of Python docs since the end-result appears to be nothing more than a skeleton page with references to empty modules.
Although documentation items have generally been placed into 10.2 Backlog, Ade has requested that this particular issue (which is more of a build issue) be assigned to 10.2.3.

Not sure what happened , but as of the last build on f20 , this looks to be fixed.
