Some warnings are generated in the DS error log during CA and KRA installations:

[26/May/2016:20:31:53 +0200] - warning: ancestorid not indexed on 21; possibly, the entry id 21 has no descendants yet.

It's not clear whether these warnings can be safely ignored or they indicate real problems. Regardless, the installation should not generate DS warnings.
