#2343 Underscore in instance name causes LDAP syntax error

If underscore is used in instance name, LDAP syntax errors occur when creating
authority objects. The syntax for authorityKeyNickname (PrintableString) does
not permit underscore.

Manual procedure to fix existing instance:
