pki-server kra-db-vlv-add command throws exception while specifying
wrong credentials.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. pki-server kra-db-vlv-add -i FoobarKRA -w Secret12332
2. pki-server kra-db-vlv-add -i FoobarKRA -D "cn=Directory" -w Secret123

Actual results:

1: Throws stacktrace
2: Throws stacktrace

Expected results:

1: Excepted appropriate error message.
2: Excepted appropriate error message.
