#2416 [WIKI] Documenting problem with multiple TPS installations

There should be a wiki page to describe the steps to reproduce the problem caused by multiple TPS installations reported in ticket #2378. Also the page should describe the manually workaround to remove the duplicate certificates and leftover users.

The installation & removal process (including workaround) has been documented in this page:
