Process gets hanged and memory leak after enableOCSP=true in server.xml. CA started but there are exceptions in catalina and debug logs.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Stop CA service. 2. "enableOCSP" in server.xml of CA. 3. Restart CA
Actual results:
CA process started but hunged
Expected results:
Should work without any issues

cfu: it's unclear how much we can do here as the scenario looks to be failing in tomcat and never reached the CS servlet. It might have to be in tomcatjss. I have no suggestion here regarding which release.
