#271 Dogtag 10: Fix 'status' command in 'pkidaemon' . . .
Closed: Fixed Opened by mharmsen.

Due to the revised nature of what constitutes a PKI instance:

- 'pki-ca'/'pki-kra'/'pki-ocsp'/'pki-tks' --> 'pki-tomcat'
- 'pki-ra'/pki-tps' --> 'pki-apache'

the PKI controlling processes, 'pkicontrol' daemon and 'functions' script have been
replaced by 'pkidaemon' and 'operations' script respectively.

As a consequence of this change, the 'status' command for 'pkidaemon' must be re-implemented.
