When creating an instance pkispawn creates a link that may conflict with link for another instance.

pkispawn creates a link from /var/lib/pki//lib/log4j.properties pointing to /etc/pki//log4j.properties.
The problem is the /var/lib/pki//lib is actually a link to /usr/share/tomcat/lib, so different instances will use the same link location.
