#2883 [WIKI] SSL certificate for www.dogtagpki.org

Currently PKI wiki uses a generic SSL certificate for openshiftapps.com domain. To provide a proper SSL service it needs to use a proper SSL certificate for www.dogtagpki.org domain.

Chrome will soon mark every HTTP page as "non-secure":
