While working on "TRAC Ticket #333 - Increase audit cert renewal range to 2 years", it was noticed that not all "default" and "constraint" profile ranges were necessarily correct.

For the purposes of Dogtag 10, it is suggested that we should review these values, and conservatively alter them to reflect what may be much more common usage paying special consideration to increasing any "constraints" values where ever it makes sense.
