#666 Allow TPS install wizard to clean up existing internal database

Reopen Issue

The CA, DRM and TKS install wizards have the option in the "Internal Database"
screen to "Remove the existing data from the Base DN above" with a checkbox.
The TPS install wizard "Internal Database" screen does not have this option.
This RFE is to add this option for TPS during the TPS configuration.

This is available as part of the config wizard in the java components. TPS is being moved there. Closing as part of the ticket to configure the tps as part of the tomcat instance.
