Currently the backend LDAP server is not configured to enforce referential integrity on group members, so it's possible to add a non-existent user to a group:
% pki <auth parameters> ca-group-member-add Administrators non-existent-user -------------------------------------- Added group member "non-existent-user" -------------------------------------- User: non-existent-user
This operation should have failed.
