Currently the default admin user name is the same as admin UID. So if the admin UID is "caadmin" the admin name will be "caadmin" too. The user name should be a proper name, not a UID. It would be better to hardcode a default proper name for the admin user, e.g. Administrator.

See default.cfg:

pki_admin_uid=caadmin
pki_admin_name=%(pki_admin_uid)s
pki_admin_email=%(pki_admin_name)s@%(pki_dns_domainname)s

It should be changed to:

pki_admin_uid=caadmin
pki_admin_name=Administrator
pki_admin_email=%(pki_admin_uid)s@%(pki_dns_domainname)s

Per discussions, targeted 10.2 Backlog

In the install wizard the default name for TPS admin is "TPS Administrator for instance pki-tomcat". Ideally the default name should be consistent in install wizard and pkispawn on all subsystems.
