This is again the less memory availability issue on builder. It builds fine locally.
@jcajka created a infrastructure ticket to reboot host of these imagebuilder vms. If rebooting host is possible, @kevin maybe we can try and see if it helps.

should we re-open that ticket?

I updated and rebooted buildvm-ppc64le-01/02
