I didn't dig deep, but i hope we are not hitting something like https://pagure.io/dusty/failed-composes/issue/1540

This is due to https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/overrides/dnf-4.2.1-1.fc29 (a buildroot override for dnf).

We should ask if they still need it, and if not, expire it. If they do, we should get them to add one for plugins-core so it at least works with the new version...

I believe this problem has resolved in the meantime, the override has expired already.
