this again? can someone please look at it? we really need an F29 compose to get the newer freeipa-server build into F29, or else openQA FreeIPA upgrade tests will all continue to fail.

I looked at it in the past without too much luck, so I gathered up what I could and filed:

hopefully @lsedlar and/or the python folks have some ideas...

In the mean time I will reboot and fire off another branched.
